I did not set out to build a product.

Still Mirror did not begin as a brand.

It began with a realization.

At some point, I noticed I had stopped paying attention to my own breath.

Not because it had disappeared.
But because I had stopped noticing it.

Life was efficient.
Work moved quickly.
Everything functioned.

Yet something essential had become invisible.

I did not want another tool to improve myself.
I did not want another system to measure or optimize me.

I wanted something that would not enter the loop.

A physical object.
No data.
No feedback.
No performance.

Still Mirror was created from that refusal.
A refusal to enter every system.

It does not instruct.
It does not analyze.
It does not respond.

It remains.

Before every interface,
before every metric—

there was breath.
